OGDEN, UT – Students preparing for graduation will have the opportunity to complete required steps and celebrate the milestone during the upcoming Grad Fest and commencement ceremony.

Grad Fest is scheduled for May 6 from 9-4 p.m. and May 7 from 1-8 p.m. in Cross Hall in the Health Technology Building. The event will let graduating students complete key steps ahead of commencement.

At Grad Fest, students can purchase caps, gowns, and other graduation memorabilia. Information will also be available for students interested in transferring certifications to Utah State University, Weber State University, and Snow College.

The event will include free professional graduation photos, available from 11-2 p.m. on May 6 and from 4-8 p.m. on May 7— this will be the only chance to get official grad photos. Other activities will include cap decorating and giveaways, and attendees will have a chance to win OTECH swag.

The graduation ceremony is scheduled for May 29 at 6 p.m. at the Dee Events Center. Students must RSVP by May 8 to participate. To register, visit otech.edu/graduation

Graduates should arrive by 4:30 p.m. Doors to the venue will open at 4:30 p.m., with check-in beginning at that time.
