OGDEN, UT — Weber State is hosting the K-12 Back to School Bash alongside Ogden-Weber Technical College, Davis Technical College, and other community partners. Come to learn about the multitude of resources our community has to offer!
“Students and families can connect with valuable community resources, explore wellness and educational services, and receive free school supplies, backpacks, and haircuts,” said Kelsee Grow, OTECH’s Director of Student Services. The goal for this event is “to help students begin the school year feeling confident, prepared, and supported, while enjoying a variety of fun activities and opportunities to engage with their community.”
K-12 Back to School Bash is scheduled for August 8 from 10-2 p.m at Weber State Shepherd Union Building. This event will allow the community to see the resources and skills that these schools foster.
This event will include free games and activities, food, and chances to win a laptop, HD TV, and many more prizes. You will also have the opportunity to explore the college programs along with the free wellness services and resource fair.
The K-12 Back to School Bash is free for all, including parking. We hope to see you there!
