All Nursing Assistant testing is managed by the Utah Nursing Assistant Registry (UNAR).
You must have a UNAR-issued username and password to test. If you do not have one, contact UNAR at 801-547-9947 before attempting to schedule.
Monday – Thursday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
Your UNAR login credentials and a valid picture ID.
The state exam consists of 75 questions, and students are allowed up to two hours to test. All tests are on the computer.
All requests for accommodations must be requested from, and approved by UNAR.
