Water is one of Utah’s most important natural resources. Ogden-Weber Technical College is committed to water conservation and following the guidelines outlined by our local experts. Due to current drought conditions and under the direction of the Utah Department of Government Operations, we have updated our watering schedule:
• Each watering station will only run once per week until June 15, then watering will increase to twice a week until August 15.
• Our irrigation system will not allow for every station to run on a single day. Instead, we will rotate through stations during each watering period.
• Regular watering will only occur between the hours of 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m.
• There may be incidental sprinkler use outside of the approved hours for testing, especially after system repairs.
