OGDEN, UT – Ogden-Weber Technical College (OTECH) finished the 2025 academic year with a significant increase in program enrollment and completions, highlighting OTECH’s continued growth and the college’s vital role in supporting the state’s economy.
Overall headcount at OTECH reached 7,558 students—an increase of 14 percent compared to last year. Additionally, OTECH awarded 1,813 certificates in 32 high-wage, high-demand programs—a 35 percent increase in completions. Through the support of expert faculty and employer partnerships, these completers graduated with a 98 percent job placement rate in their field of study.

The total starting wages of this year’s graduates is over $157 million—an incredible return on investment for students and for the state. Programs at OTECH can be completed in a year or less, and many in just three months, allowing graduates to quickly start employment, earn excellent wages, and fill workforce demands in high-growth industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and computer technology.
