Kaizen is Japanese for “Continuous Improvement,” or sometime used for “Change for the Better.” With this in mind, Kaizen is a system that involves everyone – staff, faculty, students, visitors, and administration. Everyone is encouraged to come up with improvement suggestions on a regular basis to improve the surroundings and processes of the campus.
