Every time you complete a course or need another attempt to complete the course, you must contact your instructor to send in a schedule change form. If you need to change your schedule days/hours due to verified changes in your work schedule, high school status/semester changes, or as a requirement of your sponsor, you can contact the Admissions Office at 801-627-8463 for more information. Program advisors and student support specialists are available to answer questions.
If you need to change your schedule due to other extenuating circumstances, please contact your student support specialist for authorization.
Changing the number of hours scheduled may change the tuition rate as well as your financial aid.
