Using the Student Pantry

The purpose of the Student Pantry is to support students experiencing temporary or short-term food and hygiene supply insecurity so that they can focus on completing their programs. We provide grab-and-go meal options, ingredients for at-home meal preparation, weekend meal bags, personal hygiene supplies, and diapers.

Who can use the pantry?

You must be a current OTECH student

Do I need to make an appointment?

No, walk-ins are welcome Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Please sign in when you arrive.

How often can I use the pantry?

Students may use the pantry once per week. Please respect item limits each time you visit.

Why are there limits?

We want to support as many students as possible without running out of supplies. Our food pantry operates on generous donations from our community.

I frequently experience food and hygiene supply insecurity. Where can I find additional support?

There are many pantries and other assistance programs in our area. Find resources near you at 211utah.org.

If you need assistance selecting a resource or determining your eligibility for services, please stop by the Student Success Center. We are happy to assist with SNAP and WIC applications.
