Registration

When you register, you will select which group of programs you want to learn more about during the event, spending an equal amount of time in each for a brief program introduction and activity. Lunch will be provided.

Group A

Welder Production
The Welder Production program teaches entry-level job skills to work in a production environment as a welder.

Industrial Automation
The Industrial Automation program prepares students to troubleshoot, repair, and install complex automated equipment controlled by computers, programmable logic controllers, and other controls used in manufacturing processes.

Graphic Design
The Graphic Design program teaches industry standard software and design principles while providing hand-on experience creating for web, print, and multimedia.

Dental Assisting
The Dental Assisting program helps students gain the skills necessary to perform the comprehensive and varied duties in the dental office such as chairside assisting, dental infection control procedures, dental laboratory procedures and business office procedures.

Group B

Machinist
The Machinist program teaches skills including blueprint reading, preventative maintenance, basic precision measuring equipment, documentation, basics of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and operation of CNC Lathes and Mills.

Information Technology Systems
Want to learn the skills needed to work in help desk, Linux, system administration, networking and cybersecurity? The Information Technology Systems program prepares students to take certification exams such as: A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+ and Cybersecurity (CySA).

Culinary Arts
The Culinary Arts program is designed to provide a broad base of classical and contemporary cooking knowledge combined with hands-on experience, giving each student confidence in attained skills and preparing the student to move successfully into a career in food service and hospitality.

Nursing Assistant
The Nursing Assistant program prepares students with the skills needed to obtain vital signs and assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating while focusing on safety, infection control and professionalism.

Group C

Non-Destructive Inspection/Composites

Non-destructive inspection technicians work with engineers to define and implement tests that locate and characterize material conditions and flaws that might otherwise cause planes to crash, reactors to fail, trains to derail, pipelines to burst and a variety of less visible but equally troubling events.

 

The Composites program teaches skills in manufacturing, repairing and inspecting a wide variety of components made from some of the most advanced and versatile materials available, which are used in a wide range of industries.

Computer Programming
Interested in joining the high demand field of computer programming? The Computer Programming program teaches how to work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UI/UX, APIs, SQL, version control, and more.

Automotive Service Technology
The Automotive Service Technology program helps students practice and demonstrate competencies such as diagnosing and repairing engines, brakes, suspensions and electronic systems as they study to become an automotive technician.

Medical Assistant
Medical assistants are trained to perform both administrative and clinical tasks in the outpatient setting. Clinical skills include preparing patients for examination, drawing blood, administering injections and medications, and assisting with minor surgical procedures.

Group D

Computer Aided Design
Prepare for employment as a Computer Aided Designer. Learn fundamental techniques, software and hardware. Select from a variety of industries to focus on.

Business
Business professionals are essential to every industry. Learn skills in leadership, marketing, QuickBooks, and business software such as the Microsoft Office Suite.

Cosmetology/Barbering/Nail Technician
The Cosmetology, Barbering, and Nail Technician programs provide students with the knowledge, scientific and artistic principles, and hands-on skills needed to work in the industry.

Electrical Trades Preparation
Interested in joining the electrical trades? This program teaches students the knowledge and hands-on skills to prepare for an entry-level job or apprenticeship.
