How To Apply

We’re here to help you start your OTECH journey and we’ll help guide you through every step of the process.

If you are a high school student, please complete the online admissions form first, then contact your high school CTE counselor for authorization to enroll.

Let’s get started!

  1. Complete the Online Admissions Application

    The online application will include step by step instructions for any placement testing, prerequisites and the new student orientation.

    Note: To return to an application started in the last six months, log in here.

  2. Take Entrance Assessment and Prerequisites

    Some testing and prerequisite courses may be required before enrolling in your program. Testing is free and simply measures basic reading and math skills to ensure you’re prepared for your course material. Review what testing and prerequisites may be required for your program.

  3. Register for Your Program

    After you have completed all necessary steps of the admissions process, meet with an Admissions Advisor to set up your class schedule and learn your next steps.

  • Get Help Paying for School

    There are thousands of dollars available to students that can help pay for school expenses like books, tuition and other materials. Meet with a Financial Aid Advisor to explore scholarships, grants and VA benefits.

  • Pay Tuition

    When you register, tuition and fees are due up front for your first course. Tuition can be paid online through your student portal. Learn more about how tuition is charged at OTECH.

  • Complete Your New Student Orientation

    All students must complete the new student orientation. This can be accessed in your student portal and will introduce you to student policies and school resources that will help you succeed at OTECH.
